All our products are checked before sending out to our customers. If you have received a faulty product, please email us within 5 working days.
We only accept return of the product if it is a manufacturing defect or if we have sent you a faulty product. The product received will be under your care and responsibility until it is returned to us in its original condition. You will be required to bear the cost to return the product to us. If the returned product is found out to be damaged during the course of delivery/ shipping instead, we will not be able to provide an exchange.
Please take note that we do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances (only 1 to 1 exchange or exchange to our other GPS products).
